What is the Cambria County Literacy Council, Inc.?

The Cambria County Literacy Council, Inc. was founded in 1986
as an all-volunteer Council dependent on the support of civic-minded individuals, businesses, and local corporations. 
The Council trains and provides tutors for both American-born
non-readers and for persons for whom English is a second language.  The Council is a member of Pro Literacy Worldwide, formerly
Laubach Literacy Action.
