Become a Volunteer The Cambria County Literacy Council needs you! Volunteer tutors must be of good moral character and must be good readers themselves. They must have a real desire to help someone else. The Council trains tutors at workshops held twice each year. All tutors are expected to use The Laubach Way to Reading method provided by the council. Training and materials are provided free to each tutor.
