Mission & Goals Goals The goals of this association shall be to maintain a council of people interested in improving the literacy of all people to provide a better understanding in the community of the needs of the illiterate to focus attention on the Council's services and facilities to stimulate gifts, endowments and bequests to the Council to provide free training to those persons who wish to tutor to provide free tutoring services to any person 17 years or older who needs them
